Return Policy

1) We accept return, or issue partial refund, for an item that —

a) has been damaged en route,

b) has significant flaws that were not otherwise mentioned in the product description or shown in the photos.

2) RETURN. The refund shall cover:

a) the price of the item,

b) the pertinent shipping fee paid,

c) the cost of shipping the item back, but for not more than the initial shipping.

3) PARTIAL REFUND. We offer partial refund where the buyer would like to keep the item.

Please send us a message through email(at)deomarpandan(dot)com within 2 weeks from receipt of item, along with images showing damage/flaw.
